• Improved the end-to-end experience of the E-Commerce portal for an American

Fortune 100 Construction Machinery Company, making it more customer-centric

• Collaborated with fellow UX and Visual designers and developers to design

the entire ordering flow of the machine attachment parts. These parts added

more use cases to the machines, improving their functionality.

• Led the UX Design for a Customer Service app for the service agents of a leading domestic

  • Airline company that enhances the process of receiving and attending to customer requests

• Designed key features for a Supply Chain Management web app

for a leading global computer technology company

• Created and pitched a high-fidelity prototype of a new and intuitive online banking application

for a leading American banking corporation. The app provided users with the option of

automated recurring payments, and smart device integration.

2016 Ethics Week Poster Competition Winner

October 2016

Won the annual Ethics Week Poster Competition held by TATA Communications across all their offices in India,

earning a sum total of $500 as the Prize Money. The goal of the poster design was to emphasise the importance

the company places on their code of conduct, integrity, and workplace ethics.

December 2018 - April 2019

• Conducted Usability Testing, performed Heuristic Evaluations and enhanced the Information

Architecture design of the company’s flagship Cloud Security and Resources SAAS product.

Used the insights and data from the user tests to improve the web app’s navigation.

• Re-design the user flow of selecting a server connector for a customer’s cloud resources.

The new design provided more flexibility in terms of compatible Operating Systems,

and clear and easy instructions for file installations, making it more intuitive.

Designed the entire flow for a B2C sports club membership management mobile application.

The key features include adding/removing the club membership subscriptions,making
